Despite having an account for years, I'm just starting out with DeviantArt so, for a while, I'm not so much going to be divulging information via this Journal so much as requesting advice and direction.

Firstly, the scraps folder. Is this looked upon as a place where work in progress is stored? I have a whole lot of stuff in waiting - a few lines of an opening here, some scribbles there, a basic outline in my head - but very little that passes the requirements for being posted as a big official Deviation.

Secondly, erm, how do you upload stuff into the scraps folder.
